• Senior services that help keep more than 700 elders healthy, active and independent
• Commercial/retail space that is affordable to small neighborhood businesses
• Community amenities, such as our community center and public library
• Small-business technical assistance
• Space for neighborhood nonprofits and service providers
• Service referral assistance to residents from a culturally responsive staff
